WorkflowWorth performs its calculations locally. Employee counts, labor rates, internal process costs, automation budgets, ROI inputs, readiness answers, and workflow details are not stored or transmitted to analytics.

Behavioral measurement

WorkflowWorth uses Google Analytics 4 to measure non-sensitive behavior such as tool views, calculation starts and completions, related-tool clicks, recommendation views, affiliate clicks, and standard acquisition information such as referrers and UTM parameters. Events may identify the tool, merchant, merchant category, recommendation position, or selected workflow category. They never include calculator inputs or calculated financial and readiness values. Google Analytics may use cookies and process technical information such as device, browser, approximate location, and IP-derived information under Google's terms.

No accounts or input database

WorkflowWorth does not require an account and does not maintain a database of calculator inputs. If site measurement changes, this page will be updated to describe the implemented behavior accurately.
